Purchase terms
1. The project will be offered for sale as 4 blocks.
2. Blocks A and B will be delivered after 36 months – Blocks C and D will be
delivered after 48 months.
3. A block will be rented for a short term like a hotel and dividends will be distributed
to its investors at the end of the year.
4. The B-C-D blocks are designed as residences, and a weekly, monthly or annual
rental system will be provided to the customers who want to rent.
5. Payment Plans:
➢ Block A: 35% + Furniture Package – For signing of the contract – The
remaining 65% will be paid up to turnkey/. (33 months)
➢ Block B: 35% – For the signing of the contract – 35% until the turnkey –
30% interest-free payment will be made for 1 year after the key delivery.
(36+12 months)
➢ Block C: 35% – For the signing of the contract – 35% until the turnkey –
30% interest-free payment will be made for 1 year after the key delivery.
(48+12 months)
➢ Block D: 35% – For the signing of the contract – 35% until the turnkey –
30% interest-free payment will be made for 1 year after the key delivery.
(48+12 months)
6. Deposit Fees:
A-B-C-D Blocks:
- Studio - £€$ - 5,000

- 2+1 - £€$ - 5,000
Duplexes and Penthouses - £€$ - 10,000
7. Block A will be signed as 3 contracts; Sales Contract, Long Term Lease
Contract, Management Contract. In addition, the furniture package will be sold to
customers at the time of sale. It's a compulsory purchase.
8. All deposits will be valid for 1 month.
9. With the new clause added to the contracts, Döveç charges a transfer fee of
£1,500 for transfers and waivers.
10.The buyer cannot transfer the contract without paying 50% of the contract price.
The flats to which the contract will be transferred end when the seller gives a
payment plan until the turnkey delivery.
11.In payment plans: interim payments are made in monthly - quarterly or maximum
4 monthly installments.
