How to buy property in North Cyprus?

The procedure for buying property in Northern Cyprus is very simple.

Make a deposit for the reservation, according to the invoice. Usually this amount is from 1000 £ (pounds sterling)

Within a month after the reservation, pay the full price or the first installment (if you buy in installments) and sign a contract of sale with the developer.

Step-4

Pay the stamp duty of 0.5%, plus 6% of the contract amount, for registration in the cadastral service, within one month after the date of signing the contract and register your property in the land registry at the location of the object.

Step-5

After the delivery of the object and payment of the full cost, you will be able to issue a "Title" (certificate) for ownership in the land cadastre, paying another 6% of the value of the property. You will also need to consider the cost of a lawyer.
