Payment Plan 1 - UP TO 84 MONTHS TERM CAMPAIGN (7 YEARS)                    

• %5 - Deposit            
• %30 - Upfront Payment            
• %30 - Until Handover (36 months term)            
• %35 - remaining %35 of payment will be paid in 48 months installment (due charge will be applied)

Payment Plan 2 - DUE TO 48 MONTHS (NO DUE DIFFERENCE)                        

• %5 - Deposit            
• %30 - Upfront Payment            
• %40 - Until Handover (equal installment in every 3 months)            
• %25 - Handover Payment (Equal payments, interest-free for the last 12 months after the key handover)  

Payment Plan 3 - EQUAL INSTALLMENT CAMPAIGN 36 MONTHS TERM                    

• %6 - Discount on Sales Figure After The %5 deposit has been paid        
• %5 - Deposit            
• %30 - Upfront Payment            
• %65 - Remainig balance within 36 months until the key handover (no due charge will be applied)        

Payment Plan 4 - INTERMEDIATE PAYMENT CAMPAIGN                        

• %5 - Deposit            
• %10 - Upfront Payment            
• %10 - Lumpsum Payment (3 Months (90 days) after the first payment)            
• %10 - Lumpsum Payment (3 Months (90 days) after the second payment)            
• %30 - Equal installment (during 30 months until completion of the house)            
• %35 - remainig payment (equal for next 12 months with no due charge)
