A- COARSE STRUCTURE FEATURES
A-1 Bearer System:
- The villa will be manufactured as an earthquake-resistant permanent foundation and
reinforced concrete carcass. (Ground Floor + 1 Floor)
- Balcony, terrace ve roof parapets will be built with reinforced concrete.
A-2 Walls:
- For heat insulation all exterior walls will be 25cm Bims-Block/Brick
- Partition walls will be manufactured as (Interior walls) 12 cm Bims-Block/Brick.
A-3 Plaster coating + Wall Paints:
- Exterior coating, will duly be made of 1+2+3 hand plaster+exterior sand texture paint
- Exterior thermal sheathing will be applied to all exterior walls.
- Interior coating, will duly be made of 1+2 hand plaster and plaster.
- Ceilings will duly be made of gypsum plaster+satin plaster.
- Interior Wall paints, Walls+Ceilings will be painted with 3 coats of water-based paint.
A-4 Insulation:
- Water seal insulation in foundation
- Water seal insulation in balconies will have bonding type waterproofing
- Terraces and roofs will have water seal insulation, and thermal insulation foam will be
used for water seal insulation (XLPE)
