About The Project
Taryan Dragon is a five-star beachfront Resort & Residence with a unique Cocoon concept located on the volcanic black sand beach in Seseh, Bali.
About the location
Taryan Dragon is the only beachfront investment project in the Canggu area, one of Bali's most popular tourist destinations (located in Seseh, just 15 minutes from Bali's bustling social hub, Canggu, and a 45-minute drive from Denpasar airport).
Seseh is a quite, authentic location north of Canggu.
Seseh's expected vigorous development in the coming years is set to drive up real estate prices.
Dragon-shaped Architecture by the renowned British architect
Symbolically, we are launching the project in the form of a dragon in 2024, the Year of the Green Dragon.
The author of the dragon-shaped complex is the renowned British architect John Dawes, a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).
When creating the project, John was inspired by Balinese nature, culture, and legends of dragons that protect the island from evil spirits.
“We created Taryan Dragon purely inspired by what we feel here, the philosophy, and everything that Bali represents. It almost feels like a piece of living sculpture,” said John Dawes, the British architect behind Taryan Dragon.

Conditions for 100% payment:
DISCOUNT 10% on the cost of the kokan
Terms of payment:
- Reserve 3000$
- Reservation 2 weeks
- 1 payment of 30% upon signing the contract
- 2nd installment of 20% at the start of construction May 2024
- 50% installment plan starts from the month of the start of construction until the end of 2025
If there are more than 5 units of the same type in reserve, there is an immediate increase from 7% to 10% for that type
Signing an agreement is possible remotely using an electronic digital signature on
platform. The booking agreement can be signed through the exchange of scanned copies with subsequent payment
Prices in the price list include VAT 11%, from 2025 VAT will be 12%
Documents to be signed and information from the buyer:
- Passport;
- KITAS (if any);
- Indonesian tax number (if available);
- Residence address;
- Phone number is required;
- Email is required;
- Consent of the spouse (for Indonesians - mandatory; for Ukrainians - desirable; for others - optional).

Sales terms according to the purpose of the sections:
Section 1 - DRAGON RESORT for long-term rental with the right to stay no more than 3 weeks per year during non-seasonal times
Session 2 - DRAGON RESIDENTS for personal residence without the right to rent out independently for short-term or long-term rent, with the right to switch to the rental program from the management company
